Terms of sale
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Who we are
These terms apply to pre-orders of the HyperPi app for iPhone and iPad placed on hyperpi.fr. The seller is NextGLabs. You can reach us at contact@hyperpi.fr.
What you are buying
A pre-order for one HyperPi license, delivered as an activation code on launch day. The price shown on the pre-order page is in euros, VAT included, and is charged once at checkout. There is no subscription.
HyperPi requires an iPhone or iPad running iOS 26 or later. Please check that your device is compatible before ordering.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We use the email address you give at checkout to send your activation code and information about your order.
Delivery
On launch day, we email your activation code. Download HyperPi free from the App Store, then enter your email address and activation code in the app to unlock it. One code activates one device. If you have not received your code within 7 days of launch, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your activation code is sent, without giving a reason. Just email us from the address used for your order. This covers your legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
If we are unable to release HyperPi, we will refund every pre-order in full.
Once your code has been sent, HyperPi is delivered and refunds are no longer offered, except where the law requires it.
Using HyperPi
Once installed, your use of HyperPi is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, alongside these terms. Your license covers personal use, including live performances.
Television, streaming and other broadcast rights are not included. Contact contact@hyperpi.fr for broadcast use.
Apple’s Licensed Application EULAYour rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it amicably. You may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator or to the competent courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
